New EX Trends to Watch in 2022 with Frank Laterza and Haley Kuschman from Qualtrics

Intro
Welcome to Humanly Possible: Future of Work Conversations – a podcast focused on the game changing potential of creating human centric workplaces.
I’m thrilled to be welcoming back employee experience strategists, Frank Laterza and Haley Kuschman to the conversation. They are both leaders at Qualtrics – an experience management (XM) platform that brings together organizations’ experience data.
Keeping up with employee experience (EX) and future of work trends feels like a full time job, so I’m so glad we were able to welcome Frank and Haley back to break it all down for us. We had Frank and Haley on around this time last year to review findings from the 2021 Qualtrics Employee Experience Trends research report, and they’re back with compiled trends for the 2022 year ahead from 14,000 full time employees across 27 countries and 22 industries.
We’ll break down 4 key trends to look out for in 2022:

There will be be an exodus of leaders – and women will be first out the door
People will demand better physical and digital workspaces
Lack of DEIB progress won’t be accepted
Employees’ lack of well-being is a countdown to disaster
